Who needs Coaching?
Basically everyone needs coaching to make measurable progress month after month so that they can have a positive life. Ask yourself what challenges do you want to overcome in your life? What goals do you want to achieve? Coaching is for you if you want to experience fulfilment and be ready to move forward in your life. You must take the initiative to seek coaching and be willing to be coached.

What can you expect from a coach?
The coach will create and sustain a safe haven for the client to explore, make mistakes, discuss new ideas, evaluate past or current challenges, express fears and concerns, and ultimately let the client be himself/herself without fear of judgement. The coach will adhere to 11 coaching core competencies coaching governed by International Coach Federation.
What do we expect from a client?
It is your choice as to how far and how fast you want to go. For maximum results, you must have willingness to “to do the work." You also need to be coachable; this means being open to make changes in your behaviors and perceptions. The coaching process is about taking action. The coaching relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy.
The Coaching Cycle
Coaching is more than just a conversation. The Coaching Cycle is a simple approach to help you to achieve your goals for a better life. Define Who I Am
You will build up a clear picture of how your life is today. We will discuss why you have entered coaching and what is critical to you. We will explore your identity, where you have been, and your needs. We will talk about your talents, values, and preferences. We will take a look at your abilities, experiences, and capacities. We will take inventories of your support, resources and environment factor. Our objective in this stage is to assist you with answering the question "How is my life today? what's more, "Do I want to be happier and more successful?"
Define My Goals
You will build on your new understanding of who you are and what your life is today by defining how you really want your life to be. In this phase, you will develop specific goals that will help you achieve the life that you really want to have. These goals may focus on personal areas and involve other areas of your life. Your goals can also be related to your job, career, and learning ambitions. Goals may be focused on your social life and building a meaningful community of others around you. At the end of this phase, you will have specific, measurable, and high priority goals that will help you to achieve the life that you want. It is usually best to focus on one or two important, high-priority goals that take focused effort and create real change in your life.
Create My Plans
You will develop and put into practice practical plans for achieving your goals. These plans are very individualized and tailored to fit your specific style and needs. They involve whatever you need for success or happiness from learning new skills to building the support and the resources that you need to succeed.
Access My Success/Happiness
You will look at your progress and make adjustments to maximize the return that you are getting for your efforts. Each time we meet, you will assess whether you are happier and more successful than you were the week before. If you do not see a positive difference, we will learn from your efforts and improve your plan. At the end of our work, you will have made real progress with your goals and have a happier and more successful life.
Recycle The Cycle
You will decide if you have accomplished all that you hoped for from our work together. You may find that you have done all of the work that you need to do at this point or you may decide that there is more that you would like to accomplish in our coaching work. We can recycle the process as often as you would like
